JUNE 2020: POST SONGS TO OUR FACEBOOK PAGE

A message from Sue Gartland.

Hello songwriters. We’re halfway through the month of May already! There’s still plenty of time to post your song on the group’s facebook page.  It’s pretty easy to post from a cell phone. Use your cell phone to video record yourself playing and singing your song. Then go to this facebook page “Pittsburgh Songwriters Circle”. Scroll through the menu bar and choose “Posts”. You’ll see where you can start a new comment in the box that says “Write a post…”. Type in any information you’d like to post about your song. To load your video click on the icon Photo/Video. A window will open where you can choose your newly recorded song. Once you have your song and comment loaded click “Publish”and it will post to the page.  If you want to post your recorded song from a CD unfortunately facebook doesn’t accept the mp3 file format. You can however load your Mp3 file from your YouTube, Soundcloud or Reverbnation account to Pittsburgh Songwriters Circle facebook page. Hope this was helpful.
