Christopher Mark Jones at The Barn

Lots going on at the Barn this spring. Here’s another event to put on your calendar.

Rachel Whitcomb and I are doing a split bill, with the Roots Ensemble (Vince Camut-guitar and pedal steel, Mark Perna-bass, Eric Kurtzrock-drums & vocals) backing us both up. Penn Hebron Garden Club (“The Barn”) 237 Jefferson Road, Penn Hills. Tickets are $10 at the door, $5 students. Doors at 6:30, music at 7:00. We have rehearsed with Rachel, and her songs are sounding great with the band. I’ll play acoustic with her, and then of course we’ll have her harmonies on some of my songs from Incantations. If you have the record, you know what that means…

We’ll do about 50 minutes each. If you haven’t been to the Barn yet, now is a good time. Great space, with tables, lights and stage. Coffee and snacks downstairs, and BYOB if you’re so inclined.
